Trưởng Phòng Kỹ Thuật (Lương Cứng: 18Tr Up to Không Giới Hạn)Job purpose:The Technical Manager will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of technical projects and systems within the company. The role requires a hands-on approach to managing a team of engineers and developers, ensuring technical projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the quality standards of the company. The Technical Manager will also collaborate with other departments to provide technical solutions that align with business objectives of customer.
Project Management: Oversee the technical aspects of projects from inception to completion. This includes resource planning, scheduling, and risk management. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of engineers, developers, and technicians. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise in the development and implementation of systems and applications. Quality Assurance: Ensure all technical projects meet quality standards and compliance requirements. Conduct regular assessments and inspections of project progress. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Purchasing department/ Sales/ Marketing/ Supplier) to understand their technical needs and provide solutions. Budget Management: Manage the technical budget, including resource allocation and project costs. Innovation: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements. Propose and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and performance. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical projects, processes, and systems. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions. |

Qualifications:Education: University on Electricity, Mechanic, Automation field. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. Technical Skills: Proficiency in software development, system architecture, and project management tools. Knowledge of specific technologies, programming languages, or tools relevant to the product of company. Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Budget Management: Experience in managing technical budgets and resources. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are advantageous. Skills
