JOB OPENING: ELECTRONICS, TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEER/ R&D / Automation

JOB DESCRIPTION
Design, analyze, and implement SMT, PCBA electronic circuits, control modules, and integrated systems for industrial, aviation, and defense applications.
Understand and implement standards related to industrial communications, including RS-232/485, CAN, Ethernet (SPI/I2C), Modbus, and EtherCAT.
Maintain compliance with relevant quality and reliability standards such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, and IPC-2221.
Possess knowledge of various component types, including connection components (connectors, signal cables, RF cables, EMI filters, discrete logic components, etc.).
Collaborate closely with suppliers and manufacturers to source required products, conduct technical evaluations, and recommend alternative vendors when necessary.
Proactively coordinate with Implementation, R&D, and Procurement departments to ensure smooth project execution and effective data management.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical – Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
At least 1.5 years of experience in industrial or defense or international electronics system projects.
Knowledge of circuit design principles, component placement SMT, PCBA, EMI suppression techniques, signal testing, and PCB layout.
Experience working with suppliers, distributors, component manufacturers.
Expertise in Altium Designer, KiCAD, OrCAD, or equivalent design software.
Proficiency in technical English related to documents and datasheets.
⭐ Additional Preferred Knowledge (RF / Satellite / Wireless):
Understanding of RF fundamentals, electromagnetic waves, signal propagation, modulation, and frequency bands (HF/VHF/UHF, L/S/C/X/Ku/Ka bands).
Experience working with satellite communication systems, GNSS/GPS modules, RF front-end design, SDR (Software Defined Radio) is a plus.
Knowledge of antenna theory & design, including antenna types (patch, monopole, helical, phased array), link budget, gain, SNR, beamforming, and radiation patterns.
Ability to evaluate and measure RF performance: VSWR, Return Loss, Noise Figure, Bandwidth, and Power Output.
Familiar with communication protocols and standards such as LoRa, LTE/5G, WiFi, BLE, UWB, Satellite IoT, or tactical military radio systems is an advantage.
